Architectural Design For The Glasshouse Theatre At Qpac

Snøhetta, in collaboration with Blight Rayner, designed The Glasshouse Theatre for the Queensland Performing Arts Centre in Brisbane. Inspired by the movement of the Brisbane River and the surrounding landscape, the design features a rippled glass façade and warm timber interiors that create a welcoming and flexible performance environment. The project honors the Turrbal and Yuggera peoples and aims to enhance cultural connection through architecture.
