Architectural Design For Holmen Production Facility

Snøhetta designed a new production facility for Holmøy Maritime in Northern Norway, expanding the colorful Holmen Industrial Area. The 16,000-square-metre building integrates advanced fish processing technology with sustainable seawater systems and a vibrant, color-shifting façade inspired by the coastal landscape. The design prioritizes employee well-being through natural light, recreational spaces, and visual connections to the surrounding nature.
