Redkroft reimagined the visual identity of Coccodrillo, a long-established Polish children's clothing brand, to strengthen its position in the competitive e-commerce market. The project centered on revitalizing the crocodile mascot and introducing a colorful stripe motif that unified communications across digital and retail channels. The refreshed identity led to significant customer growth and increased sales within months of launch.
