Identity print for a theatre production

The Insane Asylum Next to Heaven is a 2025 identity and print project for Chung Ying Theatre Company in the performing arts field. Built around a theatrical work inspired by questions of sanity, social labeling, and loneliness, the project supports a production in which a group of inmates and outsiders collide in an absurd, darkly comic world. The case frames madness not as a fixed condition but as a social construct, echoing ideas associated with Michel Foucault. The design work appears to translate this tension between humor and isolation into promotional and identity materials for the play. Photography for the project is credited to Teddy Ng.
