Their Age created “Travelling through Sham Tseng: Their Age After-Taste,” a print publication for The Conservancy Association Centre For Heritage in 2021. The project brings together oral histories and research findings to explore the villages of Sham Tseng. Using the idea of lingering flavours preserved in memory, the publication links everyday life to the distinctive stories of local communities, offering glimpses into both their past and present. The work sits within the heritage field and uses editorial form to document place, memory, and community history.
