Norday partnered with healthcare organization Thebe to develop a future vision for intensive elderly care centered on self-reliance, home, and technology. Through future scoping and design sprints, the team developed care concepts and customer journeys that coordinate professional care with informal caregivers, volunteers, and digital assistants.
