Brand Consolidation Strategy For Intrum

Kurppa Hosk developed a unified brand strategy for Intrum following the merger of Intrum Justitia and Lindorff. By mapping and analyzing 23 existing brands, the team created a migration plan that consolidated most under the Intrum name while defining alternative branding for two exceptions. The result was a cohesive, powerful single-brand identity that strengthened Intrum’s market presence.
