To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Villes et Pays d’Art et d’Histoire label, the French Ministry of Culture commissioned a new graphic identity. Des Signes created a visual system inspired by topographic legends, enriching the Source typeface with textured patterns and layering landscapes to evoke both natural and urban environments.
