A wellness identity built around returning to centre
The Design Office of David McGillivray developed a visual identity, website design and early hardware creative direction for Evara, a pre-launch wellness hardware company. Working while the product’s form was still developing, the studio centred the identity on the idea of returning to centre. A rounded, rhythmic wordmark is accompanied by a circle used as a flexible graphic element. The circle appears through light, shadow, materials and movement, including gradients and illuminated surfaces. Sparse, image-led layouts and minimal typography provide a setting for this visual language. Hardware modes are represented through simple line icons and families of abstract nature imagery. A custom AI-assisted generative tool helped explore those image families through blur, texture and colour while maintaining visual consistency.
