Creative Spark partnered with technology consultancy BJSS to develop a refreshed employer brand and careers website under the theme 'A Great Place to Work'. The project included a flexible sub-brand identity, recruitment-focused campaign assets, and people-centered photography and video content to enhance engagement and retention.
