Studio Banana transformed a historic single-tenant laboratory in Basel’s Rosenthal Mitte into a flexible, multi-tenant hub for the life sciences community. Through strategic spatial interventions and an elemental design concept, the project fosters collaboration, innovation, and a sense of shared identity among diverse tenants.
