Personalized Mailer Design for Domino Sugar Factory

Sagmeister & Walsh created a highly personalized mailer for Two Trees Real Estate to promote the Domino Sugar Factory property to potential corporate buyers. Each mailer featured a laser-cut bronze slipcover with the recipient’s face and custom sugar-based photo illustrations highlighting the building and neighborhood. The result was a memorable, tactile experience designed to stand out among typical corporate materials.
