For Up in Arms, &Walsh created a monumental cube of cash at Union Station in Washington, D.C., making the scale of $95 billion in annual nuclear-weapons spending tangible. The installation was wrapped floor to ceiling in photorealistic $100 bills to prompt questions about redirecting public funds toward healthcare, education, and climate resilience.
