Brand Identity and Signage for Kingfisher Trail

A Work of Substance developed strategy, identity, marketing materials, and wayfinding for Kingfisher Trail, a seventeen-plot residential development in Niseko, Japan. The work translates the site's river, farmland, mountain landscape, and Ainu-informed philosophy of reciprocity with nature into a tactile sales kit, patterned graphics, and landscape-sensitive signage.
