For Ebisoba Ichigen’s first Hong Kong location, the studio created an interior that celebrates the restaurant’s signature shrimp-based ramen. The design features a bold red palette inspired by the ingredient and a sculptural pine canopy reminiscent of a shrimp shell, creating a distinctive and immersive dining experience.
