Interior Design for Ebisoba Ichigen's Hong Kong Restaurant

For Ebisoba Ichigen’s first Hong Kong restaurant, the studio created an interior inspired by the ribbed, curved shell of a shrimp. Pine strips form a sculptural canopy running from the street to the kitchen, while a signature red palette references the restaurant’s shrimp-based ramen broth.
