My prime directive in any further work I’ve done on Gotham since is always to honour that logic as closely as I can.
We decided early on that this would be only an expansion and adaptation of Gotham into a new format, not a Gotham 2.0.
I’m not interested in pulling Gotham in novel directions that depart from its essence; I’m interested in developing it in directions that allow it to express its essence further into new technologies and a new range for users.
