Structure Bâtons participated in Fig. Festival with a 1 m × 50 cm project in Liège titled République du Gros Caillou. The project text recounts the 1861 excavation of Lyon’s Gros Caillou, an erratic boulder carried from the Alps by glaciers and installed on the Croix-Rousse plateau. It presents the stone as both a natural artefact and a symbol of tenacity for Croix-Rousse residents.
