Base 31 is a cultural and events destination located on the 70-acre site of a former WWII air base in Prince Edward County. Vanderbrand developed the brand strategy and creative direction to support PEC Community Partners’ 25-year plan to transform the historic site into a vibrant master-planned community with over 7,500 new homes.
