Structure Bâtons developed public workshops for Le Signe, centre national du graphisme, with CADA and Marie Calon credited as collaborators. The workshops brought together women seeking asylum who had sewing and embroidery knowledge from professional practice or tradition. Composition, colour, and traditional or reworked signs were used to support discussion and the sharing of embroidery and sewing techniques, creating a collective visual language through making.
Structure Bâtons provided curatorial work and graphic design for Faire Signe, the 23rd student competition exhibition in Chaumont, commissioned by Le Signe, centre national du graphisme. The project was produced in printed and digital formats. Lucile Bataille served as jury president, while DDMW was credited with curatorial work and scenography.
Structure Bâtons created “Tout est dans tout,” a youth exhibition and public workshop programme for Le Signe, centre national du graphisme, in Chaumont. Developed by Lucile Bataille with Catherine Di Sciullo, DDMW for scenography, the mediation team, and Guillaume Ducreux for photography, the project translated a repertoire of circles, squares, triangles, and patatoid forms into spatial, graphic, and learning tools. Shapes coded the exhibition’s resources—triangles for books, squares for film, patatoids for digital resources, and circles for wayfinding and information—and were scaled across furniture, signage, and activities. The scenography included movable cinema seating, an enclosing book cabin, and a table for digital applications, assembled in situ around a limited yellow, blue, and green palette.
