Publication design for Ekta
Lundgren+Lindqvist produced Ekta Sketchbooks I–III, a limited-edition set compiling the artist’s sketchbooks into three volumes. The originals were meticulously scanned by Jonas Wettre at Sandeng to preserve texture and detail, then printed by By Wind (then Göteborgstryckeriet) for faithful color and line reproduction. Published under LL’Editions, the run was limited to 300 copies and is now out of print, with copies occasionally appearing on the secondary market at inflated prices. The project emphasizes careful image reproduction and high-quality production to transform spontaneous studio material into collectible publications, supported by press packages for media use.
