Position Details Job Type: Internship, Onsite Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam What You’ll Do Support Project Management, Assist in tracking project timelines, organizing tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. Client Communication, Help manage client interactions, gather feedback, and relay information accurately to the creative team. Internal Coordination – Act as a bridge between clients and designers to maintain project alignment. Prepare Project Documents – Assist in compiling proposals, reports, and organizing project materials. Learn and Develop – Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal training to gain deeper insights into branding. What We’re Looking For Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Strong communication skills – confident, professional, and detail-oriented. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Basic English skills are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have Previous internship experience in a similar role. Experience in writing proposals or managing project documentation. Basic understanding of branding and the creative process. What You’ll Get Paid internship allowance.
