Jr Technical Drawer Interior The role As a Technical Drawer , you play a crucial role in translating approved interior concepts into clear and accurate technical drawing packages. Guided by our Senior Technical Drawer and Design Director, you ensure that designs are not only visually strong, but also technically feasible and ready for immediate production. You form the foundation between the creative concept and the final realization. Your responsibilities: 1. Technical Development Concept Translation: You develop approved interior designs into accurate technical plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings. Drawing Package Preparation: Under guidance, you prepare complete dossiers for the tendering and production phase. Quality Assurance: You guarantee the dimensions and consistency within all drawing packages and efficiently process feedback from the Senior Technical Drawer or the production team. 2. Feasibility & Coordination Technical Advice: You assist in checking the technical feasibility of design choices. Identifying Bottlenecks: You flag potential construction problems or inconsistencies in a timely manner. Alignment: You coordinate with Designers and Production Managers to quickly clarify technical questions. 3. Documentation & Structure File Management: You are responsible for structured and up-to-date project documentation. Following Standards: You work according to our internal drawing standards and templates and manage version control. 4. Teamwork & Growth Collaboration: You work closely with the Design team to perfectly understand the essence of the design. Knowledge Building: You continuously learn from the Senior Technical Drawer about detailing techniques and construction methods. Growth: You are open to feedback and gradually build your technical autonomy. About You Experience & Knowledge Experience: Recent graduate up to 3+ years of experience in the technical drawing of commercial interior projects. Software: Good knowledge of Vectorworks is required. Professional Knowledge: Good insight into creating plans/sections and a solid basic knowledge of materials and interior construction methods. Competencies & Mindset Accurate & Structured: You work with an eye for detail and are organized. Team Player: You are an accessible communicator who enjoys collaborating closely with designers and production experts. Eager to Learn & Solution-Oriented: You possess a growth mindset , are curious, and take responsibility for your tasks. Energy: You bring positive and constructive energy to the team. Where will you be working? Reporting to your senior colleague or Design Director. Direct collaboration with Senior Technical Drawer, Creative Director, Interior Designers, and Production Managers. Work Environment: You primarily work from our inspiring studio in Antwerp to ensure close collaboration with the team. Why join us?
