Technical Drawer Interior The role As a Technical Drawer, you are the technical backbone of the Interior team. You translate approved design concepts into complete, technically accurate and production-ready drawing packages. You ensure that creative ideas become a buildable reality, without compromising the design intent. You work closely together with Designers and Production Managers to safeguard feasibility, quality and clarity throughout the project. Translate concepts into production-ready files: You develop detailed technical drawing packages including plans, sections, custom elements and material specifications. You ensure that all documentation is complete, structured and aligned with both design intent and production realities. Safeguard technical feasibility and execution quality: You evaluate design proposals on technical feasibility and buildability. You proactively identify construction risks or conflicts and propose clear, workable solutions. You ensure accuracy in dimensions, detailing logic and material applications. Collaborate closely with Design and Production Management: You work together with Interior Designers to fully understand the creative vision behind each project. You support Production Managers in preparing complete tender packages and clarify technical questions from contractors and suppliers during execution phases. Improve standards and workflows: You help define and safeguard internal drawing standards, templates and documentation logic. You contribute to improving workflows between Design, Technical and Production teams. You ensure structured file organisation and version control. You are critical with the information you receive, guarding overall quality of the output. Share your knowledge: You actively share knowledge about materials, construction methods and detailing logic, helping to raise the technical maturity of the studio. About you You have +6 years of experience in technical drawing for commercial interior projects, preferably within hospitality, F&B or experiential environments. You combine strong technical skills with a deep understanding of materials, detailing and execution. You are highly proficient in Vectorworks. You understand construction methods, technical regulations and execution logic. You can translate complex design concepts into technically feasible solutions without compromising the creative vision. You have knowledge about HVAC and electricity (sanitary is a plus). You are structured, highly precise and detail-oriented. You proactively identify challenges and think of solutions. You are critical with the information you receive and guard the overall quality of the output. You communicate clearly across both creative and technical disciplines. You take ownership and responsibility in your work. You enjoy collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. You have a growth mindset and are open to continuous learning and feedback.
