Toponymy System For The Historical Centre Of Barcelos

Developed as part of the urban redevelopment of Barcelos’ historical center, this project redefined the city’s place-naming system as a key communication element. The new toponymy acted as a visual and spatial interface, distributing a renewed urban identity throughout the city.
