A monolith, a plane and shifting gradients explain Everpure’s data platform.
illo collaborated with Bloomberg Media Studios on a series of 30-second films for Everpure, translating cloud infrastructure and AI into an abstract motion language for Bloomberg TV. Each shape has a specific role: black monoliths represent legacy infrastructure, a flat plane represents the unified data platform, small rectangles represent data, and shifting vertical gradients stand for AI. Those forms reappear as charts and labelled information, keeping the visual vocabulary consistent across narratives. Rhythm and timing supply variation within that shared structure. The films use Everpure’s colours across dark and light backgrounds, with additional reformats and cutdowns extending the system. The apparently three-dimensional monoliths, platform and charts were composited in After Effects; the AI gradients were developed in Cavalry starting from video.
