Toby Ng Design created Fashion Unfolded, a pocket-sized pop-up book series commissioned by Fashionary that turns fashion history into an immersive editorial object. The series brings iconic fashion houses to life in three dimensions through typography, illustration, photography, packaging, print, and paper engineering. A restrained design framework unifies the collection, while each volume uses the signature colour and character of its featured house to create distinction within the system. The elevated “UP” in the title emphasizes dimensionality and helps establish a recognizable series identity. Launching with volumes on Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Dior, Toby Ng Design merged editorial design with spatial interaction to extend storytelling beyond the flat page into a tactile, collectible format.
