Hear The Youth created NJR’s Building Blocks for Youth Participation platform to help policymakers and organizations involve young people in a real and practical way. Instead of presenting a simple step-by-step method, the platform acknowledges the complexity, trade-offs, and friction involved in meaningful participation. Inspired by the logic of a Rubik’s Cube, Hear The Youth designed an interactive navigation system that encourages users to explore, experiment, and act. The result turns abstract principles into a hands-on digital tool that both inspires and equips decision-makers to build stronger participation processes together with young people.
