Festival Communications for Le Chainon Manquant 2026
One illustrated world connects festival posters, programmes and a regional prologue.
Pollen Studio created a suite of communication materials for the 2026 edition of Le Chainon Manquant, a multidisciplinary performing-arts festival in Laval. Building on an illustrated visual universe by Loïc Gosset, the work was applied across posters, public and professional programmes, banners, and materials for the festival prologue.
Insights
- Loïc Gosset created the campaign’s reference illustration, which Pollen developed into posters, public and professional programmes, banners and other communication materials.
- Separate public and professional programmes address the festival’s two audiences: people attending performances and programmers discovering work for future seasons.
- The professional programme carries the campaign’s graphic language into the presentation of individual shows, extending the illustration across detailed editorial content.
- Pollen also adapted the visual for the Prologue, which brought performances from earlier festival editions to local audiences on 11–12 September 2026.
