Virtual Reality Installation For Mahalla Unframed

Giga created a multi-user VR installation in Dubai that reimagined vanished mahallas through 3D scans and architectural structures first presented at the Venice Biennale. The immersive experience allowed visitors to explore a shared digital reconstruction of lost neighborhoods, blending physical and virtual spaces into a contemplative environment. The project transformed documentation into a communal encounter with urban memory.
