Book Design For A Brief History Of Civilisation

Atelier Dyakova designed the book 'A Brief History of Civilisation', uniting Sacha Gusov’s black-and-white photography with Yevgeny Vodolazkin’s witty texts. Drawing inspiration from Soviet avant-garde publications of the 1920s, the studio created a contemporary reinterpretation featuring a custom typeface and playful visual details that echo the book’s humor and narrative flow.
