AKQA partnered with urban developer Next Step Group to bring the vision of Wendelstrand, a sustainable community near Gothenburg, to life through a cinematic documentary series and immersive digital experience. The project combined nature footage, 3D animation, and a cohesive design system spanning web, print, and on-site environments to engage future residents and shape the village together.
