The VERITAS brand had to look like it had always been there – and like it was only getting started.
Ignoring it would have been a crime.
The old identity felt more like luggage rather than legacy, so we let it go and built something that truly represents caralegal today.
Drawn in a single, continuous line, it embodies fluidity – reinforcing the concept of flow.
Together, they break away from the stereotypical tech aesthetic, embracing a softer, more human-centred approach.
Berlin-based Sonder Studio created the strategy, visual identity and verbal identity for VERITAS, the redevelopment of Wittenberge's former sewing-machine factory into a district for hotels, restaurants, offices and events. Drawing on the site's historic clock tower, the identity uses a circular clock-face logo, a custom Ulrich Sans wordmark, functional typography and a palette rooted in the town's industrial and architectural context.
Sonder Studio has rebranded LegalTech company caralegal with a wellness-inspired identity that replaces the cold, corporate aesthetic typical of the industry. The new design features a flowing logo symbol, radiant yellow palette, and refined typography to convey effortlessness and positivity. The rebrand aims to make legal compliance feel as seamless and approachable as a wellness experience.
