- The Clients created a five-film advertising campaign for Yandex.Services to make its money-back guarantee for home-repair work understandable to people who usually hire tradespeople through personal connections. The creative idea literalised an unreliable repairman “disappearing”: a fence installer flattens and slips through a gap, a plumber flushes himself down a toilet, and a furniture assembler descends inside a wardrobe, while each film states that the service will not disappear and will return the money.
