The Clients created VkusVill’s “Good Is What We Deliver” delivery campaign, tasked with communicating both the grocery products and service while avoiding standard claims about speed, price, and convenience. The creative idea presents customers as almost ready to undertake absurd feats for favourite VkusVill products—only to be stopped by rain, a sofa, or laziness—executed through a film, radio series, and key visuals of products flying from a kraft paper bag.
The Clients created an advertising campaign for VkusVill as it entered new cities, where the grocery chain was perceived as an expensive Moscow brand. Rather than compete on discounts, the campaign paired the line “Delivery 0 rubles. But this is what matters” with a film and outdoor images of people visibly enjoying food, including a child cooling a hot dumpling, a woman licking a mango-yogurt lid, and a man finishing an almond croissant.
The Clients created the "Love What You Want" campaign for VkusVill to introduce its customer-selected 20% discount on a favourite product, attract new shoppers, and increase revenue from existing customers. The idea contrasted choosing food out of love rather than promotion-led necessity, expressed through a manifesto film featuring surreal food moments, including kefir served in crystal and broccoli held between a heroine’s teeth. Film stills were also turned into posters carrying statements such as "Choose with love" and ending with "This is VkusVill."
The Clients created a delivery campaign for VkusVill, which wanted to give its delivery service a distinct image without relying on standard claims about speed, price, or convenience. The idea, “Good is what we deliver,” imagines customers undertaking extravagant feats for favourite VkusVill products, only to be stopped by everyday obstacles that delivery removes. Execution included a film, radio spots, outdoor advertising, and three key visuals of products flying from a kraft paper bag.
