- WeWantMore transformed a historic space in the restored Corinthia Brussels hotel into Le Petit Bon Bon, a warm contemporary brasserie led by chef Christophe Hardiquest. The interior combines copper, marble, wood, leather banquettes and alabaster lamps with references to traditional Belgian brasserie settings.
